A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been made yet. The process will take 10-13 days. Once all the products have been made we will ship them off which will take up to 6-8 days. (Depending on where you live) Which in total will take up to 20-25 days.
What are the shipping times?
- UK Standard shipping : 2-4 working days
- International shipping 6-8 working days (Worldwide)
- Once your order has been placed you will receive a order confirmation email followed by a tracking number once shipped.
- Customs charges for international orders will not be covered by BxR.
- Please make sure that all information upon placing an order is correct, we are unable to alter the delivery address under any circumstances.
Tracking?
- You will receive tracking via email at the time of shipment. Orders will ship only when all items in the order are prepared for shipment.
